In the second year of their program these students learn about the basic human resource concepts and practices. In their final term of MBA courses in HRD they learn how to apply the strategies and skills required for operating in a successful organization. Students also get a fair idea from the MBA courses in HRD about the cultural, economical and social factors that influence the relation of the employees. Students also learn to asses and perk up the components of the company operations like the benefits, salary negotiation, compensation, and safety principles etc. The general eligibility of the human resource development (HRD) is the basic graduation in any stream. There are no separate exams for the MBA in HRD. The general MBA exams test the student in problem solving, proficiency in English, data analysis, critical reasoning and general knowledge of economic and social environment. Scopes of the MBA in HRD: today every business organization attends the employee’s needs and demands in order to keep them satisfied. This is very important for the organization as only a satisfied worker can produce better results. This is one of the main reasons that all the organizations have a human resource development division. This department not only recruits the candidates but also keeps the working environment a happy place to work in and keeps them motivated. Thus human resource has become a vital part of any business house. And if you have an MBA degree in the human resource development then it gives you an edge over your competitors. Human resource manager also deals with the employees of public and private sector equally. The HR department has now become an indispensable part of every organization. An MBA in HR can give a candidate an edge over others pursuing a similar course. A HR manages employees in private and public sectors. They can also work within a company or as consultants to advise corporations on anticipated organizational change. There are various institutes that are offering a degree in the human resource development area. But one must make sure before choosing the MBA courses in HRD that the course framed by these institutes is well structured and relevant.
